| Local Certification Program is Back... |
In an effort to help home builders build to a
nationally-recognized and ANSI approved green standard, we are
reinstating our local home certification program.
The Certified High Performance Home (CHiP) program is based on the National Green Building StandardTM
(ICC-700). All homes in this program must be 3rd-party
rated and verified to the program. Click
here for more information. Copies of the ICC-700 are
available at our office. |

| The first CHiP Home Certification has been issued to Paradime Construction, Inc. for a home recently completed in Columbia. See the home here. Check back as we plan to add many more CHiP Homes to the list in the coming weeks and months! |
